The Family Support Service facilitate support groups:

Bluebell Group

Led by a breast care nurse and a counsellor, the Bluebell Group runs for six weeks offering a programme of support for women with early stage breast cancer who have completed first line treatment. Involvement in the group is by invitation only.

Bereavement Group

Bereavement Support Group meets every Monday morning at the Day Hospice from 10.00am - 12.00am. If you have suffered the loss of a partner through cancer, you can meet and talk to others who have had similar experience. The group is facilitated by Family Support Workers.

Carers Group

Led by a staff nurse and members of the Family Support Team, the carers group meets several times a year.
