Primrose at Home

Many people would prefer to receive their end of life care in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

Primrose at Home is a team of experienced carers, lead by a Registered Nurse, who can provide short term nursing, emotional and personal care and social support for adult patients and their families, in their own homes, at times of particular need.

Referrals are accepted from any healthcare professional and care is tailored according to an individual's needs. The team can help during the day and/or night and take some of the strain of caring away from a patient's family by allowing them to have break.
