Make a one-off donation in one of the following ways:-

• Donate Online via our partners at Charity Choice (click here), or via Just Giving (click here).
   
• Post a cheque to Fundraising Department, Primrose Hospice, St Godwalds Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire B60 3BW. Cheques should be made payable to 'Primrose Hospice Ltd', or if the one off donation is for 'Primrose at the Princess' to 'Primrose Hospice Palliative Bed Appeal'.
   
• Telephone the Fundraising Team and make a donation by debit/credit card over the phone by calling 01527 889794. Please have your card to hand when calling.

If you would like to set up a regular Standing Order for the Day Hospice:-

• Download and complete the standing order forms below with your details.
   
• Call the Fundraising Team on 01527 889794 and ask for a form.
   
• Post a request for a form to Fundraising Department, Primrose Hospice, St Godwalds Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire B60 3BW.

Remember, if you are a UK Tax Payer, your donation will be increased by 22% if you agree to 'Gift Aid' your donation.
